Play Sport
David Lloyd Nottingham has 7 luxury indoor and 6 outdoor all weather tennis courts as well as 4 anti slip badminton courts and 3 championship squash courts.
Our professional coaches can help you improve your game providing individual lessons and group sessions for all ages, levels of experience and abilities. When you feel ready you can also take part in leagues and competitions or take part in the more informal social events and member evenings.

With our mix of world class facilities and expert health & fitness coaches David Lloyd Nottingham is uniquely qualified to help you every step of the way.
Facilities include indoor & outdoor swimming pools and an extensive gymnasium providing the latest in cardio-vascular and resistant equipment as well as an extensive free weights area. What's more with over 80 group exercise classes per week and our unique 'Training Clubs' you will always find like-minded groups of members to keep you motivated.

Family
At David Lloyd Nottingham we welcome families and provide 23 weekly racquet, 38 weekly sport based & 38 weekly pool activities and experiences for children, 99 Junior based activities weekly as part of your membership.
Our facilities include indoor & outdoor heated swimming pools and tennis courts. We provide swimming and tennis lessons for children as well as aerobic classes specifically for 5 to 16 year olds. And when it's time for a snack, our restaurants offer healthy, delicious food in a family friendly environment.
General
David Lloyd Nottingham will provide all of the support and motivation you need to get the results you want quickly and effectively. Our unique 'Health & Fitness Experience' will provide you with an enjoyable and varied personalised exercise programme from day one.
Exercising in a group is an extremely enjoyable and motivating way to keep fit and with over 80 group exercise classes per week for all abilities we are sure you will find a class that you enjoy. Or you can take a refreshing dip in our indoor or outdoor swimming pools. And when you want to relax and pamper yourself you can take it easy in our spa area or have a healthy, nutritious meal with friends in our restaurant.
Join one of our many FREE clubs, Spanish club, Photographic club, Mountain biking club, Climbing club, we also offer complimentary seminars for weight loss, confidence building and many other as part of your membership.
