At David Lloyd we have created Express Workouts, for when you want a structured exercise programme to either fit around your busy schedule, or if you want to exercise a specific part of the body, muscle group or for a specific sport.

- Beach Body - Look great for the beach with a total body workout, combining cardio and toning exercises.
- Advantage Tennis - Get in peak condition for the courts by focusing on muscles primarily used in tennis; this workout strengthens shoulders, chest and legs and includes cardio exercise.
