Are you ready to raise your game? Our six week Tennis Fit course will introduce you to a whole variety of exercises and training techniques used by some of the world’s top players. You’ll find it’s a quick, safe way to bring real benefits to your game.
Tennis Fit will focus on:
- Power – stabilising your pelvis and spine will increase power through your arms and legs, leading to faster serves, increased endurance for baseline play and more speed over short sprints.
- Strength & Flexibility – helping reduce the risk of injuries and allowing you to load up muscles with energy, so they deliver more power across all aspects of your game.
- Balance – working on your balance and coordination, your racquet control and skills will soon reap the rewards.
- Resistance – building up your muscular endurance will help you feel as fresh in the 3rd set as you did in the 1st.
- Speed & Agility – with drills designed specifically to get you match fit, our training techniques will help increase your speed over short distances and help you make direction changes, quickly and safely
Tennis Fit is free to all David Lloyd Leisure members.
